FREE ESTIMATES

All estimates are FREE. Computerized estimates are available Monday though Friday, 8am-5pm, no appointment needed. Estimates are also available on Saturdays by appointment. Most estimates only take 10-20 minutes to write, depending on the extent of damage.

INSURANCE COORDINATION

We work with ALL insurance companies. We can process all of your insurance phone calls and paperwork except making the initial claim. Once you have a claim number, we can take it from there!

TOWING

A tow is just a phone call away! We use North Bay Towing for all of our towing needs. North Bay Towing is available 24 hours a day. Randy Ludeman is the owner of Northbay Towing, and also Mike’s brother, resulting in reliable, efficient and convenient coordination of towing to our shop. Need a tow, call: (707) 584-7568.

LOANER CARS

We have in-house loaner cars available free of charge if you do not have coverage through your insurance company. However, appointments are usually needed in advance. We also have access to rental cars through Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hertz.
